The reservation system for restaurants that want to work smarter. Guests book in under a minute and vaubook seats them at the right table without overbooking your floor or your kitchen.
Launch offervaubook accepts an online booking only when a suitable table is free in the chosen area at that time. Otherwise, it crosses out the time and offers the nearest available one. This prevents double bookings and the calls you'd need to make to rearrange them.
vaubook uses the smallest table that fits the group. A couple gets a table for two, leaving your six-person table available. Eight guests can be seated at two tables joined together. When the tables for two are full, two couples can share a larger table. Each gets half, and both are told before they arrive.
At your busiest arrival times, the peak buffer holds back some seats from online bookings. This keeps thirty guests' orders from reaching the kitchen in the same ten minutes. Your team can still use those tables for regulars or phone bookings; the limit applies only online.
Set a minimum number of guests for each table, such as two for a four-person table. You can raise it during peak hours, for example to four guests from 19:00 to 21:00, and reserve the bar for walk-ins. Choose when the minimum expires, such as three hours before the booking time. If the table is still free then, vaubook opens it to groups of any size.
You can enter a walk-in in under 15 seconds. For a phone booking, you only need a phone number. Both appear alongside online bookings on your phone or tablet, so the whole team sees the same floor plan.
Groups above your online booking limit are directed to your WhatsApp or phone number instead of an error message. Your team can assign and join tables manually, and block tables for walk-ins or VIPs.

Yes. Every restaurant gets its own booking page at booking.vaubook.com/your-restaurant. Share it in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile and in WhatsApp replies. If you have a website, we add the same booking form there too.
Yes. There are no per-guest fees, booking commissions or setup fees. You only pay extra for additional locations and, if you ask us to set it up, a one-time Brevo connection.
No. You can cancel a monthly plan at the end of any month, including during the launch offer. Yearly billing saves about 10%. The 30-day trial does not automatically become a paid plan.
Yes. Your team can enter a WhatsApp or phone booking in seconds using only a phone number. The guest receives a one-tap WhatsApp confirmation in their language. Large groups are directed to your WhatsApp automatically.
Your devices need an internet connection to sync bookings with vaubook in the cloud. If a guest cannot load the booking form, they see your WhatsApp and phone number instead of an error. Tell us about your connection so we can discuss what will work for your venue.
